Duck and Decoy Carver enthusiast, Tom Eckert will discuss the ancient history of the decoy right up to modern day. He will discuss carvers of this area and will be showing several photos and examples of their work. A well known collector in this area, he specializes in Ken Anger and St. Lawrence River decoys.
